Staltari Commercial Real Estate Corp. is a boutique real estate brokerage firm assisting clients in buying, selling, financing, leasing, managing, site selection and space location. The firm's power of execution relies on expertise in: valuation; market positioning; monetizing strategies; access to target markets; and mortgagee controlled sales. The firm’s clients are both institutional and private, including direct owners of real estate as well as intermediaries such as asset managers, receivers and financial institutions. The firm has offices in Ottawa Toronto and Calgary.

The office is located at 275 Slater Street, Suite 900 in Ottawa. The firm or its network affiliates are registered and are in good standing with the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA), the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) and holds a valid mortgage brokerage license under FSCO.

The firms also hold memberships in: the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Builders Industry and Land Development (BILD), the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC), the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC), Toronto Commercial Real Estate Women (TCREW), and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Our Team

Mario Staltari, Broker of Record
Mario Staltari is the driving force behind the firm. He is a prominent and reputable industry veteran whose career started in 1983 with the obtaining of his Chartered Accountant designation and became Vice President of Finance of a National full service real estate firm. Subsequent to this Mario Staltari launched a real estate brokerage and property management company which is currently still operating in the Ottawa. For the past nine years Mario Staltari had a successful carreer with a national commercial real estate brokerage firm earning the firm's top performance recognition each year prior to setting up Staltari Commercial Real Estate Corp.

His academic achievements include: Chartered Accountant, Carleton University, Bachelor of Commerce: (B.Comm., Over the years he has and continues to keep up to date in courses in real estate, finance, and management.)
